Estate Culture was founded by Jakub and Ivana Socha after years of experiencing, and watching others experience, estate agents who were more interested in closing a deal than genuinely helping clients.
They set out to build something different: an agency rooted in Coventry, run by people who live here, know the streets, know the market, and genuinely care about the outcomes for every single person they work with.
Today, Estate Culture serves sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants across Coventry and Warwickshire, with the same values the business was built on: honesty, transparency and treating every client like family.
