Common Questions About Our Fees
When do I pay the sales fee?
The 1% + VAT success fee is only payable on successful completion of your sale. You pay nothing if the property does not sell. Professional photography, portal listings and all marketing materials are included at no extra cost.
Are there any other costs I should know about?
For sales, our 1% + VAT success fee is the only charge from us. You will also need a solicitor or conveyancer (a separate cost) and an EPC if you do not already have one, which we can arrange. For lettings, all fees are clearly stated in your written quote before you instruct us.
Do lettings fees apply every month?
The monthly management percentage applies each month while a tenancy is active, covering rent collection, maintenance management, compliance oversight and ongoing landlord communication. The Let Only fee is a one-off charge at the start of the tenancy only.
